About the Role:

As a Onboarding Specialist, you will contribute to reshaping Canada’s fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.

  • Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings to help clients understand the product features and functionalities.

  • Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to ensure clients can effectively use the product.

  • Assist clients with setting up their accounts and configuring the product to suit their business needs, ensuring that all technical requirements and integrations are properly tested.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources for clients to reference during and after onboarding.


Who You Are:
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
